After purchasing a motor home, my wife and I decided that rather than rent storage space away from our home, we needed a garage on our property to store it in. We also required storage space for other toys. We looked into pole buildings, steel buildings and stick built garages. We decided on a stick built garage and contracted with Ken Blondeau Construction to build a 36' x 48' with 14' walls. Although price was a consideration, the difference this made in our choice was insignificant.

Ken Blondeau Construction set up a time frame to work with and they helped us out with receiving the proper permits. Construction began as promised and the garage was built on time.

I could not be happier with the quality of their work and the professionalism of Ken Blondeau Construction. I now have a garage that will last for many years and is much more value than a pole barn or metal building could ever be.

I searched for a contractor for several months to build a garage. I came across many different prices and personalities. With my first phone call to Ken Blondeau Construction I left a message with my number. My phone call was returned immediately, unlike other companies, some of which didn't even bother to return the calls. Also when speaking to some of the other companies the impression they gave off was that they were being bothered. Ken Blondeau Construction on the other hand was extremely polite and willing to answer any questions. This was the first time I had any type of construction completed at my home. I had little experience and a lot of questions.

That is where it all began and later that summer I had a beautiful, professional well built garage. Ken Blondeau Construction was excellent to work with. They were extremely patient and understanding of various questions and they always maintained a positive, professional and most of all friendly attitude while working for me. I would recommend this company to anyone looking at having a "quality" garage built.

In June of 2005 we contracted with Ken Blondeau Construction to build a two car garage. After a year of using the garage it is working as advertised. I just want to say thanks for a job well done, on time and on budget.
